Allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your order within the continental US.  Please allow extra time for arrival to countries outside the US and during busy holiday periods.

 

Orders ship for $4.95 within the US.

Orders ship for $12.95 outside the US.  You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes required by your country.

We only accept returns in the event of product defect.   Please notify us immediately if you receive a defective product so that we can send you a return label.  Returns must be received within 30 days of product shipment.  Please note that colors may vary by computer monitor settings.  Minor differences in color of a product do not constitute a defect and will not qualify for a return.

We accept payment via PayPal.  You can use any major credit card or your bank account to through PayPal.

Ribbon that is ordered by the yard will be cut to order and repackaged in a zip lock bag for protection.

Balloons which are ordered in small or single quantities may be repackaged in zip lock bags.
